Vet records (vaccination + Coggins) must be provided prior to arrival. Failure to provide records will result in a cancellation and $5 fee.
Access includes the indoor arena and wash bay. Stables and outdoor arena are off-limits unless otherwise arranged.

Doors may be opened during the booked time. Attempt to close securely afterward. Contact owners if there are issues.
