For the purposes of this agreement, ‘participants’ refers to any individuals accessing the premises, including but not limited to boarders, family members, guests, employees, affiliates, and invitees. ‘Guests’ refers to individuals invited onto the premises by ’participants’, boarders, or CK Stables, LLC.
